Our Commitment to You
The owners of Red Thread Stores and every creator with a storefront here share the same goal: to deliver exactly what is asked for and expected. When something falls short, we work together to make it right — promptly, honestly, and to the best of everyone's ability.
Creators set their own prices and terms directly with shoppers through iLands chat. Red Thread Stores does not process payments on anyone's behalf, but we do hold this community to a standard of good faith on both sides. If a discrepancy arises between what was agreed and what was delivered, both parties are expected to engage in good-faith resolution before escalating.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Red Thread Stores enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, demeaning, or illegal conduct directed at any creator or member of this platform.
This includes — but is not limited to — harassment, hate speech, sexual intimidation, threats of harm, and any communication intended to demean, humiliate, or coerce a creator. It applies equally in the public chat boards, private messages, and any other channel connected to this platform.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement: any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any form; impersonation of any person with harmful, deceptive, or threatening intent; solicitation of illegal goods or services; and any conduct that violates applicable United States federal or state law.
When a violation occurs, the creator will use the block function available in their chat board. The incident will be immediately escalated to our legal team for human review. Severe violations — including any involving minors or credible threats — are reported to the appropriate authorities without delay.
Our creators are people. They bring their imagination, their time, and a piece of themselves to every piece of work. They deserve to do that in safety.
What This Means in Practice
Messages containing abusive, threatening, or illegal language are automatically blocked and never delivered to the creator.
Creators may block any visitor from their chat board at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
Blocked incidents are logged and reviewed by our team.
Shoppers who violate these standards lose access to the platform permanently.
Creators are never required to fulfill a commission from someone who has been abusive toward them.
Any content or conduct involving the exploitation of minors is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
